How Much Does A Image A.D.S Subscription Plan Cost
A monthly subscription costs between €24.97 - €22.97 every 60 days depending on your plan and you will receive one of the 0.5mm roller, 0.2mm roller or Target products from Image A.D.S (If you would prefer to receive the same one every 60 days please let us know by emailing us.). This automatically renews until you cancel.
Do I Have To Order My Image A.D.S Every 60 days
Your plan is renewed automatically every 60 days until you cancel. You must cancel 5 days before your next billing date should you not wish to receive any further rollers.
How Often Should I Use This To Make Me Look Younger
Every bodies skin is different due to different factors such as age, concerns & what you are looking to achieve. It can vary from monthly to weekly rolling and in some cases once every 6 months. We would recommend you to join our private skin group where you can connect to our skin specialists and would be able to advise you from there. JOIN HERE
Before and after using your Image A.D.S at home micro-needling system, cleanse with warm water and store it in its plastic case.
Is It Painful?
NO. These don't go deep enough to cause you any pain. It is like a tingling sensation when you use our rollers and is something many customers call a pleasant feeling. You should have zero reservations in using this roller if you fear pain, needles or blood
Can I Use My Image A.D.S Dermaroller If I Have Active Acne?
You should never perform a treatment if you have active acne, cold sores or abnormal skin disease.

Results can be noticed after 1 week.
When Is My Next Payment Due?
For our monthly subscription, payment for your first month will be taken straight away when you sign up. After this, payments are typically taken around every 60 days
How Can I Cancel My Anti-Aging Subscription
We are sorry to hear you want to leave if there's anything we can do to help you get in touch with our Customer Service Team on 01 424 2010 or email shop@havanaskinclinic.com.
PLEASE NOTE: You can cancel after AT LEAST ONE RECURRING ORDER. If you are cancelling after your billing date for the 60 day plan, you will still receive next month’s roller as your roller has already been allocated. Your cancellation will be effective from the following month.
How Can I Change My Billing / Delivery Address.
Address change must be made 4 days before your billing date in order for it to take effect for your next shipment. To do so please email our dispatch team at shop@havanaskinclinic.com
When Can I Expect My Image A.D.S Dermaroller
Once you have activated your subscription, we will ship your first roller within 3-5 days once we have completed activation. After this, we typically ship our rollers 2-5 days after your billing date. Kindly note that we are not liable for any unforeseen warehouse or postal delays.
For deliveries to The Republic of Ireland, we advise 3-7 working days. For UK addresses, it can take 5-7 working days for delivery from when the package leaves our warehouse.
Please note that our delivery dates are estimates only; we cannot guarantee that there will not be shipping delays at times.
My Roller Is Being Returned To Sender, What Do I Do
Your roller may be returned to sender if you have given us an incorrect address, or if your box has been waiting at the sorting office for more than 5 working days without being collected.
If this happens, it is important that you notify our Customer Care Team within 45 days of your initial roller being sent out. If you do not contact us within this timeframe, we will be unable to resend your box or process a refund.
My Image A.D.S Dermaroller Has Not Arrived Yet - Help
When the roller leaves our warehouse, we send you a notification of dispatch email. If you have received this email, your roller is now on its way to you and you should receive your roller within 3-5 working days in Ireland and 5-7 working days if its going to the UK. Regrettably we do not provide tracking on orders at this current time.
IMPORTANT: For a lost roller on route, the subscriber must contact Havana Skin Clinic within 30 days from the ship date. Any complaints received after the timeline given will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
My Subscription States Waiting - What Do I Do
If your subscription is marked as 'waiting', this means that we have been unable to charge you for your roller as of yet. For a monthly subscription, we usually begin charging on your billing date - If we cannot charge you on this date, we will continue to do so on scheduled dates throughout the month.
Please note that the payment is not refused from ourselves but from your payment provider. This may also be down to a recent change in your existing payment method, such as a blocked or expired card.
