Karen informed me so well of how each step of my treatment would proceed and how my skin would react to it post treatment, she made me feel so at ease and relaxed during my treatment and answered any questions or concerns I had regarding micro needling. Guided me in the right direction on how to look after my skin, 2 weeks since my treatment and I can see a huge difference in my skin.
