How Much Does A Image A.D.S Subscription Plan Cost
After your FREE Trial, a subscription costs €22.96 every 30 or 60 days depending on what frequency you would prefer & FREE Shipping every month. This continues until you cancel.
Do I Have To Order My Image A.D.S Every Month
The monthly subscription is renewed automatically every month until you cancel. You must cancel 5 days before your next billing date should you not wish to receive any further rollers.
How Often Should I Use This To Make Me Look Younger
Your Image A.D.S dermaroller can be used 2-3 times per week. Change after 8-10 uses as the needles will become blunt.
Before and after using your Image A.D.S at home micro-needling system, cleanse with warm water and store it in its plastic case.
Is It Painful?
This is a difficult question to answer & I would be lying to you if I said there was no feeling but everybody has a different pain threshold and tolerance. Personally as a skin care professional & lover of micro needling my feedback & the majority of ladies who use it is NO. No Pain, No Gain...
Can I Use My Dermaroller To Help With Acne
This is a great affordable device to help with acne scarring and pitting. It also helps even out your skin tone. However you should NEVER perform a treatment if you have active acne, cold sores or abnormal skin disease.

How Can I Cancel My Anti-Aging Subscription

PLEASE NOTE: You can cancel after AT LEAST ONE RECURRING ORDER. If you are cancelling after your billing date, you will still receive next month’s roller as your roller has already been allocated. Your cancellation will be effective from the following month.
How Can I Change My Billing / Delivery Address.
Address change must be made 4 days before your billing date in order for it to take effect for your next shipment. To do so please email our dispatch team at shop@havanaskinclinic.com
My Roller Is Being Returned To Sender, What Do I Do
Your roller may be returned to sender if you have given us an incorrect address, or if your box has been waiting at the sorting office for more than 5 working days without being collected.
If this happens, it is important that you notify our Customer Care Team within 45 days of your initial roller being sent out. If you do not contact us within this timeframe, we will be unable to resend your box or process a refund.
My Image A.D.S Dermaroller Has Not Arrived Yet - Help
When the roller leaves our warehouse, we send you a notification of dispatch email. If you have received this email, your roller is now on its way to you and you should receive your roller within 3-5 working days in Ireland and 5-7 working days if its going to the UK. Regrettably we do not provide tracking on orders at this current time.
IMPORTANT: For a lost roller on route, the subscriber must contact Havana Skin Clinic within 30 days from the ship date. Any complaints received after the timeline given will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
My Subscription States Waiting - What Do I Do
If your subscription is marked as 'waiting', this means that we have been unable to charge you for your roller as of yet. For a monthly subscription, we usually begin charging on your billing date - If we cannot charge you on this date, we will continue to do so on scheduled dates throughout the month.
Please note that the payment is not refused from ourselves but from your payment provider. This may also be down to a recent change in your existing payment method, such as a blocked or expired card.
May I Select A Different Payment Method For My Subscription
At this time, it is not possible to pay for different subscriptions with separate payment methods. If you wish to pay for a given subscription with another credit card, you will need to set up another account using a different email address. Please note that a change of your banking data for a subscription also extends to all other subscriptions of your account.
